ROM Hack EA Sudoku Hack Question

Apparently I am one of the 200 people (or so) that has the DSiWare game Sudoku by EA Games on my DSi.

I have two problems though...

#1. How do i use it to exploit my system?

#2. My DSi doesn't work

The DSi won't turn on, and when I go to charge it, the charging light blinks...

So can anyone help me?

1) I have heard that this hack requires you have an SD Card to put the save on, so that you may edit it on the computer. Other than that, I have no clue because I do not own a DSi.

2) There's probably something wrong with something inside your DSi. You may have to send it to Nintendo to get it fixed. Have you tried taking the battery out, plugging the system in, and attempting to play it like that? Sometimes, this problem is as simple as needing battery replacement.
