I have this xbox one with most likely cooked blu-ray

Dated all the way to October 2013 I think.

Osu1 fails at 2/3 verifying at 100% E100 error ending with 02

And when I checked the logs on the hdd, It's all about ODD being unable to detect.

Is there by any chance a Custom OSU1 or a tool to get rid of said check?

Firmware on the Xbox is 2023 may version (around the time a power outage killed the original OS along with it's dying hdd, swapped to a 100% health one)

Also:

I tried another sata data cable on the blu ray and it's the same, I also checked inside (carefully) and all ribbons are connected, Laser moves just fine and there's no sign of corrosion or the red and black wires being disconnected

How would people know when you omit the full code? Give the FULL error code.

If it’s 80910002, the ONLY way is to repair the blu ray drive, there are NO possibilities of a custom OSU, the console’s boot and update chain isn’t hacked at all so none of it is possible.
