Ok, I'm on the third story mission on the Wei campaign, and for the life of me I can't beat it. I'm level 11, and this's pissing me off actually.

The three Zhang brothers are in one circular room, and there are these Yellow Thunder things that apparently give Zhang Jiao strength. The objective is to kill him, but those three keep ganging up on me and hitting me so much that I can't even get up. One time I did kill Zhang Jiao once... and what happened? He came back to life twice as strong! Is there something I'm missing, or is this mission even possible?

yeah, thats about as far as i got. i destroyed all the lightning stuff, and killed all 3 of the dudes, and then they came back and raped me... the game hax

I already have Monster Hunter Freedom Unite.

I just like DW:S because you it's more... action-y. You can actually jump in it, and air dash too. You can't in MHFU, at least not that I know of. The only time you jump there is to grab onto a ledge.

My advice is to get a bow weapon as it will help u a lot.
Just jump arround shooting arrows and they will die.

Until u get stronger weapons and better items its kinda hard to beat them in close combat

Best and Safe way to defeat any human boss is to poison them
i know this because ive finished the game

poison and bow are generally the best weapons to use cuz u can just use the lockon feature and pick them off from afar

And, seeing as how they're mages, they like to pick me off from afar already. Let's see if they like a taste of their own medicine!

yeah use bow weapons, bow is kinda like the hax weapon in this game especially with poison

Hax weapon? Perfect. Kinda like how Sephiroth is the hax character to use in the Dissidia: Final Fantasy demo. I'll throw DWS on my memstick later and try out a bow.

yeah true even on gamefaqs the managed to found a way to make it more hax by using the adrenaline skill equivalent and invicibility skill on it

The game is soooo much better and easier with a friend or relative, trust me.

Here's my hints, carry around 3 slots of meatbuns, and one of elixirs, and have the last one be the remedy (?) the one that cures ailments and such, i forgot the name. and Try to attack one at a time. Don't rush in there like you have no idea what you're doing, it will ultimately lead to you're downfall. I would help you, but there's no infrastructure. Cheap bastards, lol. ALso, if you think THIS is hard, wait until Chapter 3, it's fun! haha
