Hacking DVD Stub installer on Wii: Error -2011

I am new to the homebrew scene....so please excuse my stupidity when I ask this:

What am I doing wrong?
I tried to install DVDx, but I am receiving an error. It says:

Installing DVD Stub with normal IOS (IOS36)...
Loading DVD Stub...
Fixing up TMD signature...
Error -2011 installing DVD Stub ticket
Error -2011 installing stub

I checked my IOS, and it is set to 36, which is what I have....

I honestly don't know what else to do here. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
