Hacking dvd error 324!!!! 3.2u

i was following that guide.
i got error message on run wad manager v1.3
-opening wad file, please wait..ok
-uninstalling wad, please wait...
-deleting ticket...error! (ret=-1017)
-deleting tile contents.....error! (ret=-1017)

+Load Custom WM in Homebrew Channel and install cios_fix.wad
You cannot install this wad with Wad Manager. This is a custom wad manager designed to work for IOS16.

Well -1017 is the error you get when you try to do important stuff with an IOS that doesn't support trucha. I don't know why you can't delete files on the Wii when the used IOS doesn't support trucha, but it makes sense, that nintendo blocked that. If it wasn't blocked you could delete IOS36 and install the oroginal IOS36v1042 and do whatever you want with this IOS. If you can't install cios_fix.wad, beacuse the uninstallation fails, that means you have some cIOS installed, try to skip this step in the guide.

after skipping that step i came across another error when installing cIOS installer.
fail -1017

now what can i do.....???

few more runs still the same....help!!!!
i wonder is there way to format the wii just like the beginning when i bought the system with all original setting?
so all softmod apps will be gone so i can start all over again with softmoding.

Removing things are much much more dangerous than installing them....

update to 3.4, and follow any of the downgrading guides here.

i did upgraded back to 3.3u that's where all my games works fine. but it's still the same.

donwngrade ios v1.0 i tried so many times already. it just wont work.
hey there's a option on will system setting 3 (format will system memory), if i do that will it format all softmod apps that i installed alreadier?

nevermind, use formating setting it wont delete those ios file that i install in the beginning beside it will make it worst.

need help please.
right now my wii system is in 3.2u
using cIOS installer it got me an error messege.....fail -1017
so i use ios downgrader 1.0v the messge it's still there.
also running gamma error on dvd 324.

NEED HELP HELP BADLY!!!!

Try reburning it?

I hit a problem like you before, error 1017 on IOS Downgrader. Best bet is to over-install cios_fix.wad, and running IOS Downgrader

i tried reburn 2 of my backup disc already still the same.
wad manager with cios_fix.wad
error! (ret=-1029)

Try normal wad manager, then custom wad manager. Install IOS16 prior before doing this

ahh, found your problem.

Get cIOS uninstaller, should uninstall all your IOS.

Then proceed with cios_fix.wad

nevermind i found the uninstaller 1.0v
i did the normal wad with cios_fix.wad and run the cios installer. do i have to run the wad manager ios16 too?

If installing with cios_fix works, you don't have to.

And now, give IOS downgrader a run (not cios)

also i have a question.
i download most of my wii games online, and they most be ntsc version inorder to work perfectly with the my wii system, and i also download a Pal version game just to test it out and i realized with gamma load force with 60 it's running in black and white. how can i play pal version games also perfect just like the ntsc version?
