Duplicate Desktop Folder

Hi i was wondering if you guys could help basically all of a sudden (im on windows 10) theres a duplicate desktop folder on my desktop the place it belongs and still is in my user folder which is named DELL although like i just said it is in there too

Go to the Personalization settings in Control Panel and select Desktop Icons (or whatever it's called). Should be able to disable it there.

Thanks ill check it out and you have helped a lot so would be awesome if you could answer my other thread too (custom mouse has to be re ok every boot to appear)
