Dumpling App WiiU Roms?

I'm not sure if this is a dumb question but when dumping wiiu virtual console games the web app Dumpling it saves them on the external device as a copy of the virtual console game but can you turn the virtual console ROM into a version of the ROM that would work on the emulator/flash cart of the original system like getting an Ocarina of time on an everdrive/n64 emulator or Pokemon Rangers to work on a flashcard/ds emulator?

yes, but it's a different method depending on the game. I've successfully made a gba rom. it should work for any system on there.
