Hi

I have done a lot of reading but could not find answer for my question so here it is. I hope someone can help
I have a switch 3.0.1 (I know I have this bad firmware with no option for it). Still, I was able to get into RCM mode using a 3d printed jig
After that I usedTegraRCMGui to send the Hekate Payload for v4.x and I have the little white text appears on my switch screen
I went into Tools... and then Dump eMMC RawNand and it ran for about an hour and after that I have the 14 files RawNand.bin.xx on the root of my SD card
The problem is that during the dump process I received 3 red error.
I have tryed 3 times now and I even reformatted my sd card in fat32 with 32k blocks

The error goes like this:
Error reading 512 blocks @ LBA 030A0200 (try 1)
Error reading 512 blocks @ LBA 030A0600 (try 1)
Error reading 512 blocks @ LBA 030A0a00 (try 1)
100% -------------------------------------------------------
Done.

My question is:
Is this mean I have a corrupted backup of my system or the backup can still be valid

Thank you very much

This is a shot in the dark, but are you sure it's a real microSD card, and not a fake one? Try H2testw also to see if it's the card or hekate.

I had that problem several times with my 64gb card, I tried with both payloads and both formats, but the only one that worked for me is to have formated in exFat and with the CTCaer 1.3 payload so it dumps in a single file of 32gb. Dumping by parts never worked :/ (always fails at part 13 or 14)

It is a Lexar 128 gb micro sdxc
I will try the tool H2testw to see what does it say
thank you

Hello I had the same problem in your micro sd must be in exfat and not fat 32 and will go;)
It work formatted in exFat with the default cluster size, and it was much faster
Thank you
