I am not sure whether it's a game, emulator or me, but sometimes I have fps drops. For example, in King's Field 3 and Silent Hill (in the beginning, when it's dark, blood and you lit a match, drops to 15-16 fps from 30).
If it's the game, is it possible to fix it somehow? Some ppl say you need to overclock an emulated processor in the emulator, I didn't try it yet.
If it's me or the emulator, can someone share their settings without fps drops?

i'm using this microsd

Sandisk 512GB and the only way to dont have microfreeze in games like Tekken 3 is using compliate in RAM it takes like 3 minutes but it works without microfreeze or low FPS framedrop.

I love how PSX games feel with this emulator but I'm sticking with PCSX Rearmed until the RetroAchievements Login function is implemented. Right now nothing happens when I press Log In, so I assume it's just a deprecated function.

Heard some drama about the dev. Is the emulator better than say Retroarch?
It's better graphically since you can use PGXP to fix wobbly textures but you get just a bit more input delay overall with this emulator vs the RA pcsx rearmed core. Noticeable in action games where latency counts

Fixing wobbly textures seems out of scope for PSX emulation. Fair if you want it, but I feel like most people just want accurate, lag free PS1 emulation and not graphics enhancement over what the games looked like on real hardware

It's literally a feature of duckstation. You can turn it off if you don't want it, but it's there

HELP!!!

I need write this to save the profile for input controller, because i changed to play Alien Trilogy very great, but in other games, the profile changed is same and unplayable, then i need reset to default input, but when back to Alien Trilogy, i need to reconfigure the input again... and vice-versa. It's very boring.

The problem is: this version don't able to show the keyboard on the screen to write a name and saving the custom profile. I tried using my USB wireless keyboard that works on my Switch, but inside DuckStation, not work. Nothing happens with this field, i tried all. I think this version not supoort keyboard or don't show the Switch's virtual keyboard. See the photo above:

This is going to be a stupid question but are you pressing - to 'enter value' like the prompt in the corner says?
