Misc DSwifi and newer Lites?

Does anyone know if DSwifi has been updated to work with newer Lites' WiFi chips? I have a USB Connector, and don't want to go through the hassle of converting it to a SoftAP again, just to have to change it back again.

Also, can anyone comfirm that the WiFi Homebrew Patcher actually works for newer Lites?
