ROM Hack DSVNC Win2DS

Is it just me? Or does DSVNC and Win2ds not work for the new slot 1's... Anyone have luck with the wifi connecting?

I really want to connect to my PC at home, but am having no luck.

Can anyone provide a link to working files for any of these programs? I have an R4 btw.

I'm not the best at getting homebrew to work, but after patching DSVNC with DLDI for my sister's M3 Simply (which uses the same DLDI patch that R4 does), I got a red screen when trying to start.

She's thinking about getting a slot 2 device just for homebrew.

Crap, could it be that Slot 1 devices are to new?

Are the slot 2 devices bulky or do they blend in as the R4 DS? Which are you looking at and how much do they cost?
