Hacking Dstwo with 3ds Version 10.3.0-28E

Hallo guys,
i want to be a dstwo card and i am not sure if it's supported by the 3ds Version 10.3.0-28E. Note: i dont mean the dstwo plus for 3ds games i only mean the usual dstwo.

I believe Nintendo stopped updating their DS White list around 7.x/8.x. So if it works on 8.x/9.0, it will work on 10.3.
