Hacking DSTwo quick question

I was kind of confused about the instructions for files in the microSD card. Will this work on my 3DS XL?

You should have put the contents of the v1.11 folder on your MicroSD first, then put the other files on (overwriting the older with the newer).

It now look like this, is that alright? I replaced two files in _dstwo, ndspatch.dat and savemode.dat.

Yeah. When it first starts up it'll detect the update and offer to do it if needed.

lol nothing will brick if the files are in the wrong place, it just wont load
if this causes brickings there would be loads of complaints when SD cards fail or were not inserted correctly
