Guys I am worried :(

I've played using my new DSTwo (kingston memory) on my new 3ds for several days & all worked properly, but today, after 2-3 hours of Etrian Odissey 2 the image on both screen became suddenly corrupted & the console was like frozen,no button response, leaving me no choice but to try to remove the card & keep the power button pressed until the 3ds turned off...

I immediately turn it on again & all worked, but why that thing happened?! they gave me a cheap/fake DSTwo?! Any other DSTwo user experienced it?! If this would happen again, how should I proceed, also I am risking to damage my 3ds?

By the way, with corrupted image I mean something on this lines:

The micro sd is brand new & properly formated as explained on the dstwo topic, also is kingstone,so should be a quality one.
What is a "contact" issue & how I can avoid or solve it? :\

It probably happened by bumping the card or like rydian said, a contact issue
Like maybe the contacts on the dstwo are dirty, I doubt that the microsd is faulty

the dstwo is brand new so shouldn't be a dirt problem, also I keep it always inside the 3ds,but on the connector,if one looks carefully could notice litle dots...resembling some kind of rust/ossidation,I don't know what it truly is,but I know for sure it was like this since day 1,because first thing I had attempted was to remove it throug a tootpick, before realizing it was on the metal & can't be removed.
Is possible that chineses people who make this product have re-utilized a card that someone sent back, maybe fixing something else,so actually my card was already worn & not even properly fixed?

Depending on where you got it, it could be fake... especially Kingston.

Possibly... but the main issue is that flash carts are not made by Nintendo in their factories, they're made by other groups with different machines and stuff, so they're not always the exact right size. This means that sometimes the pins aren't all making proper contact, and a small bump or shake is enough to disconnect the cart from the 3DS's insides.

This has some more info on the issue.

I checked the micro sd & it look like this one http://www.china-computer-gadgets.c...-Class-4-MicroSDHC-Memory-Card1_10-more-3.jpg with also a serial number as in the original one showed in your link,so should be real.
The problem happened only 1 in 10-20 hours of play,so should I be worried or wait that it happen again for contact for a substitution of the DSTwo? :\

Most important thing,if this contact issue of the DStwo happen again,I should hold power button pressed right? this whole thing can in some way screw my 3ds? my concern is to keep my 3ds alive & functioning, more than play with the DSTwo,because I have also different original games so I could live with them & without DSTwo,but not without 3ds:)

If the 3ds itself froze (Like the home button wouldn't work after a game freezes), then it is probably the 3ds contacts, not the card
if it only happened once, shouldn't be much of a concern

Sorry to hear of your problems. I believe it is your sdcard. My DSTWO is thick and when i place it into my 3ds it's tight fit. It came like this, and you can clearly feel something was placed there to prevent contacts from not hitting properly... I can feel the bump of where the thickness is. Not sure if anyone else DSTWO is like this tho mines is hehe. Try another sdcard and place also some card-stack paper (it's thicker paper) and see if it helps.
