Stupid question, I know, but I want to be 100% sure. I plan on importing a white DSi LL from Japan in the near future and I just want to be absolutely sure I will be able to run everything off of my DSTWO, even games that are DSi-enhanced and region locked normally (not a huge loss if I can't play those). I haven't found any answers regarding this but maybe I just missed it. Thank you.

I assume it's OK. DSTWO doesn't have DSi features.

Note games that use the system language setting, will display Japanese text.
Including a small few USA releases like Sonic Colors.

The DSTWO doesn't support DSi Mode, only DS mode. But DSi enhanced games can be played in DS mode, too.
If you want to play DSi enhanced games, you would need a CycloDS iEvo. But it's very limited since it only works up to DSi FW 1.4.3 (DSi Mode) and DSi FW 1.4.2 (DS Mode) and it's very expensive (retail price about 50$).
