Hacking DSTWO New User Question

Got it working with leaving it for 10 mins with the 1.13 update file :D altho now Im not game to update the 3DS firmware to 3.0.0.6 :(

i reccomend you DON'T get a flashcart that has R4 on it​



Care to explain why? I was recommended this card on /v/ as the best bang for my buck. What would you suggest as a cheap card?
/v/. There's your problem. DSTWO is the high performance card and more expensive card (which gives you GBA emulation and enhanced SNES emulation along with various other things). The Acekard 2i is a cheap but wonderfully made card that is $10-$15 and is probably the best deal for a cheap card.

You can update it, it won't hurt the 3DS or the DSTWO.

Fair enough. I don't need SNES/GBA emulation, and I certainly can't spare $50 or however much it is.

Regarding the Acekard 2i, is there a 'standard' retailer for this sort of thing? Or should I just look at a bunch of random, sketchy sites to find one?

Just look on Shoptemp.net , it's GBATemps official retail source.
