I have noticed when running ds games (maybe also in emulators not sure) that sometimes the lower part of the lower screen will sort of mirror the same thing twice in that space

any idea what is possibly causing it or what i schould do to remedy this?

this has not happened to me while running 3ds games so i am not sure if i schould attribute that problem to a faulty 3dsxl or something wrong with the dstwo itself

I've had this happen from time to time but on the bottom of the top screen (not sure if it was also on the bottom screen or not). When it happens I just exit the DSTWO and launch it again.

At first I thought it was a glitch in Chrono Trigger DS, since that's what I was playing at the time, but I had it happen in another game later, so I guess not.

Never had this happen on my original DS, but I've barely used the DSTWO on there since I only got it when I got the 3dsxl. Most of my DS playing was on an old DSTT.

When it happens, just close the ds and open it again. It'll be gone.

Same thing happens to me too. Restarting helps.

iirc, it comes from memory corruption in the DSTwo.nds menu launcher.
It used to happen in BAGPlug too, but Bass was able to fixed it (when using BAGPlug, anyhow).

any possible workarounds other than the reset method people have suggested so far?
schould i format/rewrite/ the dstwo.nds file or something similar perharps?
the whole memory corruption you mentioned just makes me feel a bit uneasy
