Hacking dstti.cc an AK2i clone?

There is a flashcart called dstti.cc
It uses wood as loader.

The problem is that the source code isn't open and it cannot be used on AK2i.
As ak2_sd.dldi is compatible, this should be a kind of protection.
Of course I have reported to ywg about GPL violation, but dstti.cc doesn't have contact information.

Possibly they used wood because AKAIO won't work on other than AK2i?
What's your opinion?

Wood doesn't work on AceKard2/2.1/2i. It was made for AceKard R.P.G.

As for the GPL violation, it's possible that they're using Taiju Yamada's (Xenon++'s) WAIO - Wood All In One to get it running on the card, unless it's just the loader.


Are you sure this is based on Wood? Because from the files it looks more like the official menu.

1. sav filename is stored to 0x023fdd00, not 0x023fdc00.
2. There is signature, "nds is fragmented".

This looks like its based on the official acekard 2 firmware and not on Wood or AKAIO

I have dstti.cc too, and after I test them all, only Akaio 1.7 will work on dstti.cc even Akaio 1.7.1 will not work ...
