Hacking DSTT Cheat Limit?

I just gave my friend my old DSTT and he can't seem to run the massive cheat DB(None of the cheats show up). He's tried three codes in a USRCHEAT.DAT and it works, however, with the entire DB for that one game, it doesn't show up. I've tried cutting down the cheats to only one game and I've even cut from there. I remember that I had this problem myself but I don't remember if there was a fix for it. Any ideas?

By the way, just found out that even 2 cheats alone doesn't work.

Oops, I meant that. Also, now two cheats don't even work.

All the games don't have cheats?Or maybe he has one game and wants cheat solely for that game?Check the ID of that game and the cheat db,might be different

I just figured it out using teamviewer, he encrypted his USRCHEAT.DAT. Thanks anyways, guys.

as far as i know DSTT got no limit
or at least i yet to find any

i got a 12.5 MB database with 4850 games in it and it works perfectly for me

I remembered having cheats being cut off after a certain point, but I might be thinking about the action replay or something that I used to have.
