Hacking DSLite shuts off by itself :(

So, my ds has fallen to the floor a couple times, and now it turns off by itself, for example, yesterday I was playing Megaman ZX and just when I reached the boss... IT TURNED OFF

It's really frustrating!!!
Well hopefully one of you will know what to do... so I don't have to send it to repairs

most likely yes you gotta open it !

check the cables and check all the internals to see if everything is in place . and while ur at it , after ur done doing that try putting your DS on then see if it still has the problem , and also check the battery light colour ? it couldve been your DS battery too ?

I heard somewhere it could be a crack in the motherboard and when you put stress on it, some leads may disconnect causing the DS to shut off.

My DSlite used to do that, then it stopped.
The only difference is that the battery is now reeaally bad.

happens to mine. try to open the battery lid. and then take out the battery and then put it back in. that fix it for me. i think because it cant read it or something. maybe thats not your problem. how you can tell if you have my problem is turn on your ds and push your hands on the back. it turned my ds off every time.
