From what I'm aware the dsi games were removed so you cannot hard mod.

Hmm I'm a little interested now as I was gonna do a motherboard swap. I have a 3ds with cfw and one that's coming in the mail but on 11.4. I thought there were only four games it said all which have been removed by eShop. Does the target console need the paid game. Or the hacked console.

Thanks - and I assume on the target 3DS you do not need to make a NNID to purchase games.. Hopefully they're all still there in a weekish when mine comes in, or else I have to go ahead with that motherboard swap. ha

I don't think anyone's going to buy the game for you, unless they have money to waste and they feel extremely generous. Also, if the game isn't in your country's eShop (which is what I'm assuming "sorry can't be displayed in your cluntry" means), if someone does buy the game for you, it would be a waste, as you can't download games that aren't in your country's eShop and the download code goes to waste.

Then you can't download the game at all, because you need access to the eShop to download the game. No eShop access = no game for you.

Source has cfw and nothong changes. Only the recipient receives an ability to have cfw

Make sure to make a NAND backup before doing system transfer haha
