Gaming DSiWare Failed to install CIA - result code 0xC8A08035

I keep getting this screen when I try to install pretty much and DSiWare CIA format game. I have an O3DS XL with emuNAND FW 11.4 with 64gb Lexar Profession SDXC card.

Any help to resolve this would be appreciated.

your TWL NAND only has 7.2mb free, your CIA is 16mb... it won't fit

edit: DSiWare gets installed to TWL NAND
if you really want it installed export a DSiWare or two to your SD card in system settings to free up some space
then try installing it again, also note that exported DSiWare can not be played directly, you need to import it to play.
