Hacking [DSiWare Downgrade theory] Will this work?

I want to downgrade my New 3DS [#2] with 2DS (with A9LH) [#1]. I also want to save my NNID on New 3DS, so I want to do something like this:
1. Create an emuNAND on #1 (first copy everything from SD card)
2. Format system memory on #2's sysNAND to remove NNID
3. Format system memory on #1's emuNAND to login into #1's NNID on eshop
4. Login into eshop on #1 and download Fieldrunners
5. Do a DSiWare Downgrade with #1's emuNAND and #2's sysNAND
6. Remove emuNAND on #2
7. No game will be removed from #1's sysNAND and my NNID will be on #2 with exploited save

Will this work? Also, rate how stupid is it in scale of 1 to 10.
