- now we know for certain that your problem IS because of the SDHC

As that's the case
- if you REALLY want DSision2 you will need use a 'standard' MicroSd (Maximum = 2Gb)
- if you want to use SDHC microSd cards then your best bet (IMHO) is the Commercial ROM loading using moonshell2 & YSMenu

hey guys ive got a ttdsi and ive got DSision 2 on it and its all working fine (what i mean is it loads up as the first screen) but it wont play my roms how do i get it to play them.

-jacobJust a couple of questions

1) Have you got YSMenu installed as well ?? - you cannot run commercial ROMs without YSmenu installed, however homebrew games should work OK (Read the YSMenu WIKI WIKI for info of how/where to get). Once you've got it - YSMenu files need to be in the root directory for it to work
2) If you have YSMenu already installed - Are you using a SDHC (4/8/16Gb) memory card ? - DSision cannot work with SDHC cards at the moment (it locks up).I beleive Spinal is apparently working on this

As for 'use it on Acekard 2i' - I believe you can. On the DSision Thread - Spinal (the developer) states
QUOTER4DS +Clones (including m3simply?), AK2 and TTDS should support commercial games, all other cards will be homebrew only.
However, a lot of card firmware is just a normal .nds file, so should be loadable through DSision.
Since the AK2i is a modified version of the AK2 - I can't see why not
------------
As a side note - If you do manage to get it working on your AK2i (or not as the case may be) - can you leave a post @ http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=155410 to let other know (please keep to the format I've set up just to keep things tidy if you don't mind). I started that thread to help others find out what works & what doesn't - many thanxs

Installing DSision on my DSTT, I've done EVERYTHING exactly as instructed, and yet it does not work as promised.
After launching a DS game from it, it just starts YSMenu and that's all. I have to select/start the desired game again from YSMenu.
I've repeated the installation process three times already, but it's still the same.
Anybody might have an idea what is wrong?

Can you check the YSMenu.ini file for the 'Auto_boot=' line.

I'm guessing that it may say something like 'AUTO_BOOT=ds games/game.nds' & I bet that your games are NOT in a folder called 'ds games'
If so try putting your game in a folder & see if that happens to fix it (oh don't forget to blank the AUTO_BOOT line in YSMenu.ini - just in case it accidentally starts the last game you tried)

Seems OK except for what I've highlighted - I can't see the 'ysmenu.nds', 'ttpatch.dat' and 'ttdldi.dat' in the root, have you accidentally put them into the YSmenu folder ?? - also make sure you have only 1 version of YSMenu.ini (if you have one in the YSMenu folder - rename it to something like 'ysmenu.old') & try it out to see what happens - if it works OK, I guess you could delete the YSMenu folder (or copy it to your PC for safe keeping)

If you get it working (or not) - can you post your results @ This thread so that other will know - thanks

Yeah, that helped. Thanks a lot. Do you think I can safely launch also GBA games through DSision?
I have EZ Flash 3in1 and so far has used GBA Exploder with no problems.
(Although when I tried starting GBA games through YSMenu, there seemed to be problems - it could not find a sav. file for one).

I'm afraid I can't help you about GBA games as I've not got anything like that setup - however I think you may of answered your own question

Since you have problem with YSmenu & GBA games - it will not matter if you use DSision/YSmenu combo or not, since DSision is nothing more than a very graphical files selector & YSmenu is the actual ROM runner

Unless Spinal (the developer) can create a way of passing the filename to the GBA Explorer 'launcher', then I guess there's no way of doing it - Sorry about that

ok i just got one quick question does DSision 2 work with 4gb sdhc memory card ? and do i set it up like DSision 1?
