Hacking DSi XL's top screen darker?

I've noticed that the top screen of my DSi XL is a bit yellowish brown, not TOO noticable, but a little bit in games and especially with two white screens. Is there something I can do to help fix this?

Open it up and secure the screen's ribbon cables, maybe...
