DSI XL downgrade

Hello, inadvertently I updated mas DSI XL to 1.4.5E and so I can no longer use my R4, I looked at stuff and other forums but I understand almost nothing. So here I am asking you for help to be able to retake my DSI XL in 1.4E by explaining it to me as if you were talking to a beginner.
My DSI is EUR and I don't have flipnote on it, idk if it will works.

You can still hack it by camera or browser exploit. R4 card will be removed from blacklist after hack.

An easy fix is to change the date on your DSi into a prior one (a year or so), most R4 flashcards have a timebomb.

You can try using Woods, and it might work too. That's what I'm using on my DSi XL updated to 1.4.5U (I think). No issues at all.

Another option, is to mod your DSi XL so to use CFW on it.

If you are really desperate, you could flash an old version of the nand, but I digress that idea. Just use the exploit and you are good.

Oh, and yeah like CMDreamer said use a different menu for your R4. Might I suggest YSmenu?

Btw, you have to install Unlaunch to bypass the Nintendo whitelist, and not just TWilightMenu++..
