Did Nintendo just become lazy and copy/paste the general warning from the DSi?
I notice that even on the most current version, it explicitly says "save data cannot be recovered" when deleting a game - yet when you copy the game to SD card, it does backup the save file, and copying it back to the internal memory restores it.
Just think it's strange that it warns you about something that just isn't true.
