Hacking dsi problem

my dsi dont work, when i try to power on notinh happening and when i put the charger the orange light is blinking.
i replase my fuse but my dsi, and put in new battery. but the problem still not solve what could be the problem?

just send it back to nintendo, if you haven't done any case moddings or anything else that voids your warranty.

call the number on the back of the dsi, i know there's a section that helps you if it doesn't turn on, I don't know if it's useful cause i've never needed to use it, just go call Nintendo.
