I don't have the right screwdriver to open it. And now it's not turning on at all.

I suggest just replacing the fuse, this could also be your chance to do any outward repairs you want (shell replacement, screens, etc.)

Wait Wait! When I blow into the charger outlet ON the DS the hole where you put the charger in it stopped for a while but I think I'll send it back 'cause I got other problems...

i know the problem is from fuse of Vbat is broken,so u must jumper it,just jumper it to Vbatt not anything else....the problem is like the broken swith on/off line in handphone.simple.
