DSi, club Nintendo, and the Custom Firmware

So I'm writing this as a thought on the possible Custom Firmware for the Nintendo DSi. With it, it could possibly install hacked DSi Wares and DSi Virtual Consoles*. I linked my club Nintendo and my Nintendo DSi together and it registered all the apps and games I downloaded into my account.

What if we have a custom firmware, what could possibly can go wrong when Nintendo detected a club Nintendo member uses a hacked software into their products?

Has anyone thought of this when they linked their system to their club Nintendo account?

This was just a thought I received just now so dont flame me.

Maybe you can get banned from the DSi online services like the DSi Shop, etc. ? That's the only thing they can do, I think.

Well you can link your wii shop account too, so it can't be any worse than that...

TBH I think if you have a custom firmware you probably aren't going to need the DSi shop...

Yeah, you probably won't need the shop after a custom firmware!
There would be a hacked shop anyway!
