Hardware DSi & 3DS to 3DSXL data transfer?

So I own a DSi XL & and a 3DS... and I now plan on getting a 3DS XL.

Here's the deal:

1. on my DSiXL I got lotsa downloaded games (DSiWare)
2. on my 3DS I also have other 3DSware & Downloaded full 3DS games

Can I transfer all my DSiXL data to 3DSXL and then add my 3DS data to the 3DSXL also? or is this a one time deal?

And since most of the Games are on SD cards... do I have to transfer the SD Card Data and add it to the other console's SD card or does the data trasfer does it?

try transfer all from dsixl to 3ds then when you buy 3ds xl you can transfer from 3ds to 3ds xl

DSi > 3DS, then go 3DS > 3DSXL
