Hacking DS-X and M3 Lite..

How well do they work together? I need to buy the SCLite or M3 Lite really quick and will probably get a slot 1 solution after Xmas.

Why do you want to have both? Really, I don't see a point to be honest. But yes, they work quite well together.

DS-X doesn't boot M3. They're going to fix it via a firmware update, but it doesn't work atm.

More space for stuff. Also, if you get a Supercard Lite you can use it as a replacement for the RAM Expansion cart.
I reccomend the Supercard+DS-X combo.

Supercard fails at GBA. M3 + DS-X will be better, though you'll have to flash your NDS to boot M3.

Can't the M3 Lite use the DS-X as a Passme? I'm sure I read it could.

it can you just need another file on your ds-x to do it. search around the ds-x forums and youll find the thread.

That 'other file' is LoveLite by Lick. When exiting the app it'll boot your slot-2 card. I read the M3 works that way.

There is no need to do that, it might work though I haven't tried it.

If you need to boot your M3 or another Slot2 that does not work with the DS-X in passme mode, the easiest way is with this file:
http://lick.huuf.net/cartreset/libcartreset_example.zip

Just put the NDS file on your DS-X and it will boot to your M3 as soon as you launch it.

Thanks Mr.squeeks, I knew on this application. Just wondering whether "this way" would work also, as it has been reported as working for other slot-1 solution.
