Homebrew Ds Weather Report server down?

Well anyway, I found a DS Weather Report v0.4 in the downloads section but it wouldn't display the weather. It just spent 30 mins downloading the weather. I gave up. I googled DS Weather Report v0.5 and downloaded it. Same problem, it wont download the weather. Anyone tell me why its happening?

The sources on the Internet that DS Weather uses have changed and the programmer is no longer supporting the app, so unless someone else wants to take over it, it's broken forever.
