Gaming DS Turns Off During Gameplay

Just recently with Batman Brave and the Bold, my DS turns off during the first minute of gameplay. I thought it was a bad file so I tried Spiderman Shattered Dimensions and I get the same thing. My older games like Picross 3D still work fine.

I am using a Cyclo Ds flash cart and a 2 GB SanDisk SD card.

Any help would be appreciated. I've read a little about the Universal Game patch but I am unfamiliar with it. Any suggestions.

DS Turning off has nothing to do with ROM patching. In most cases in's just bad contact on the battery, which makes the DS turn off when you press the buttons with some strength (action games will make this happen the most), because it bends and makes the battery contact slide a little bit.

Just try removing it and clean both the battery and the DS metal contacts. It always solves it when i have that problem.
