Hacking DS Save File Help

I just got an M3 Real (not fake, phew

) and I wanted to transfer a save that no$GBA created for Apollo Justice.

I just copied it over and properly named it the same as the .nds file, but it won't give me the continue option. In no$, however, it shows me the continue button to start where I left off.

Is there something I'm doing wrong? Do I need some kind of converter?
I'm using TouchPod, if that helps.
