I tried Nintenren and it's only till 0576)

I wrote a litte java programm for myself using RomCenter files ( pocketheaven / emubase and so on ).
It's able to pack/unpack zips. read the crc from inside zip, validate the crc.
removes everything from inside the zip leaving only the rom files ( gba / nds ).
renames the rom inside the zip and/or the zip file in different ways.
It also has the ability to trim NDS ROMs or to list missing ones.
But at the moment it's fully controlled by configuration files without gui.

If somebody want to have a copy or has additional ideas ( such as box art ) just leave a pm.

I'm now using OfflineList just because I couldn't get the others to work :'(
The only problem I have is that it zips the ROMs instead of just renaming it

And I can't use boxarts because I have no internet at home

@ralff: It's been quite a few hours. Any luck? Any ETA on the link to download it?

Ok, here's the very first public version.

Please start a test run on your system before accessing your full collection :-)

There may be an "out of memory" problem accessing large collection.
In this case just restart the program - it only caches unprocessed files.

no guarantee... but my (test) collection is still alive

Thanx ralff! I will try it when I get home. If this does what you say it does, this needs to be posted on the front page in the homebrew section or somewhere. AWESOME!!!

So, my first impression:

Nice one so far.

Tested it with 150 ROMs with about 3,5GB.
No memory problems at all.

Did a run with the following options:
/release=./ndsRL_Roms[RC].dat /process=all /rom=nds /deleteinsidezip=true

Endresult was like expected.

Some things which i didnt like so much:

-The readme.txt could need some improvement.

I took a while till i figured out what to do and how to do it.
Some more explanation and maybe some examples would really help.

You should mention that people need only to edit the nds.cl
and start after that the .bat file.

some typo?
/deleteextracted= --> Mode 1 extract=true) if set to true ROMs extracted from ZIP will be deleted after processing. Default value: true
/deleteextracted= --> Mode 2 compress=true) if set to true ROMs compressed into ZIP will be deleted after processing. Default value: true

shouldnt this be two different commands?

-And during runtime:

After it has scanned all ROM files, it seems like he outputs a list with all missing roms.
Thats fine so far.
But then I had the following screen:

>>>>CUT>CUT

Endresult was like expected.

Puhhh :-)

Don't forget - it's the first public version.
The usage of the .cl file is not necessary if the gui is ready to use.

I'm not really delighted in one option too... will be changed
