Well, technically there is, if you wanted to go out and buy the new iPlayer, which has an onboard processor that can decode videos like that. Otherwise, just use a video converter to convert them to a .dpg file and watch it with moonshell.

Well, .flv is just the video format flash players tend to use. Actual standalone flash files are .swf.
