Hacking Ds lite replaced pwr switch

Recently i receive a friend broken ds to fix to see if i could earn some money, the main problem is the switch. Today i had replaced it but some green of the main board is rip because of removing the old one and im not sure whether i messed it up or totally broke. Just can't turn on the ds

What do you mean 'some of the main board is rip' ? Do you mean you tore a ribbon cable? If that's the case then that component will stop working.
