ROM Hack DS lite firmware reset

HI again,

First I would like to tell Overlord Natie, I think the bullshit IS YOU AND IT IS YOU WHO SHOULD BE BANNED FOR BAD MANNERS becuase I do not think you represet what this site is all about WHICH IS TO HELP OTHERS, no one asked you to get invloved from the first place anyway I think it is a waist of time to even reply on you.

Anyway, I have tried googling for days but no one seems to have an answer for the langauge issue or even have a program that reinstalls the firmware that is why i joind this site becuase I was told that many members in this site are ds lite experts, I did not mean to put many posts and I have no interest in scouring how many replies I got, how ever I can not but thank all the positive replies I got especially Splych from and all the others who tried to help.

I am possitive that some of you when moving the battery for 5minutes get back the langauge screen but mine did not although i kept the battery off for more than 15minutes (which is strange).

its obvious that hes not reading. maybe he would understand what take out the battery means if he was less retarded, but alas this isnt the case

Most likely he wants to give his DS lite to someone as a present and wants to say its new. He will take his used DS lite and pu it back into the box and give it to that person. He does not want the person to know it was used so he wants to reset the whole DS lite for it to be like when it was brand new.

removing the battery works, i've done it several times, to several ds lites, one ds phat, and my own dsi, you have to input all of your info all over again, its just like new!!

ONCE AGAIN, YES I read all your Comments and YES I did move the battery but IT DID NOT RESET THE LANGUAGE it ONLY RESET THE USER INTERFACE but NOT THE LANGUAGE SETTING.

And Yes I wanted to give the DS LIte as a gift for someone that is why I wanted to reset it same as new.

ANY OTHER IDEA OTHER THAN THE BATTERY ISSUE, Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

But removing the battery definitely resetts all settings including the language thingy... I noticed it when I modded my DS's case...

How about running Flashme and restoring the original firmware onto the DS?
