Gaming Ds lite charge is ok but sometimes wont on

I learned from internet, it might be blown fuse. Problem is its doing it sometimes like once in 3 days. Should i try fix fuse 2 or is it another problem. When it wont turn on,i am plugging charge and turn on same time and it works.

Check fuses with an multimeter and see if the L2 inductor is still in place and not rattling around inside of the DS.
