If it is, is there any place where one can import it to europe, without massive shipping costs, taxes and stuff. Cheaper place is always better.

amazon.com has them...preorder maybe...but no tax in certain state + free shipping is always good

Yeah they are selling now, I don't know about where you live but at most big stores that sell electronics where I live already have them for sale.
