Once it's all working properly is there a way to verify I have TWL speed enabled? I have NTR speeds set to 0 in the ini. Also I'm guessing I can just leave TWLMODE at 0?
If you see the DSi boot screen (and if your game starts to lag less), that's how you know TWL speed is enabled.
Only set TWLMODE to 1 if you want weirdness happening in your game.

I made a simple CTR-mode application that will load .NDS ROMs via @ahezard's nds-bootstrap (still homebrew only).
ROM files go in "sdmc:/nds/" (NOT "sdmc:/_nds/").

Credits: @shutterbug2000 for the file browsing code from 3DeSmuME, and @Apache Thunder for the code that launches DSiWare.

Extract the contents from "for 3DS SD card root" to the 3DS SD card, and then install the CIA files.

manage to run comicDS, but since require DLDI patches and _nds not read as SD card, some files that required read as missing

N3DS / Luma 6.3.1 / Ver. 11.1

DLDI actually works, because of nds-bootstrap. It still needs fixing.

Faster ARM9 clock speed, less lag in games that do lag.
Ah, so if the game worked flawlessly without it should work the same with i guess.
Do you have any example of a games that does lag enough in order for me to see the change?

I cant keep track of all the stuff here!
