I wouldn't mind giving it a try.. I just need to know how to convert .nds files to .cia files XD
A few pages back, someone did it with Super Mario 64 DS and it showed on the menu but didn't boot.

The rom also has an extended header for DSi, which explains the possibility of converting to cia.

So, to convert an nds rom to (unplayable, home menu only) cia, make sure it has the extended header, similar to what is shown above, and the size is 64MB or below.
My console is bricked, so I can't test it, not even to install the patched TWL_FIRM.

I gave Super Mario 64 DS an incomplete extended header, and the conversion to cia worked.

Any DSi Enhanced rom with an extended header will convert to cia, sadly, AC Wild World (32MB) is not one of them. Again, must be 64MB or below.

The conversion worked, but since my N3DS is bricked, I can't install it. Before I bricked my console, the DSi Enhanced games did show up on HOME Menu.
If someone wants to test it, I can PM the file.

List of DSi enhanced games.

Mario vs. Donkey Kong - Mini-Land Mayhem! would be another title to try.
Also, why can't the files be over 64MB? This is like an anti-Pokemon BW rule, isn't it?

Well, that sucks. How'd it brick? Downgrade fail?

Upon booting, it spits out the "An Error Has Occurred" screen.

I'm just guessing here, but I'd say because actual DSiWare games are probably not bigger than 64MB. So it's probably just a limitation Nintendo put due to whatever reason.

Well, the file for me at least is 65MB, which means it can't work.

have you tried rip rom?

It's great that we might have this working - if MvDK works, then all we theoretically need is a way to convert DS ROMs to DSi enhanced ROMs, and a way to install 64MB+ ones. Maybe even a way to boot/install them to SD?
