Hey guys, as you can probably tell, I'm new here so sorry for these potentially "noob" questions.

So i have a 3DS with B9S on 11.6.0. I was wondering if there was a way to play DS games on my 3DS?

Im sure this question has already been asked and answered but i couldn't find a thread when i searched for it.

A guide/tutorial or forward to a thread would be appreciated.:)

Either use TWLoader (free homebrew but low compatibility as of now), as linked by Stoned, or buy a DS flashcart (near 100% compatibility, but you have to buy it)

I have this card but i think it's fake. Can i still do something with it?

Ok so what do i do? as i've said i haven't done this before so if you could link something that would be great. :)
go to the website listed on the flashcard ( 2014 R4ISDHC DUAL-CORE - R4,R4i-R4isdhc the beta r4 card ) there you should find the kernel (flashcards fw. . . likely called wood) and instructions (unzip the kernel to the sd root . . . create a rom folder and put your games there)

you can either grab a flash card which can be used to download roms of ds games on the internet. Or you can download an emulator for the 3ds. never used an emulator but the flash card works

There's a DS emulator for N3DS, but development got canceled in favor of TWLoader+nds-bootstrap.

Why would someone make a NDS emu for N3DS? That's like making a Wii EMULATOR (not loader) for Wii U. I can't understand that.
