Hacking DS Game Latest Cheats

I have a SC DSTwo (Not Plus) and am looking for the latest cheat database for DS games, and/or where to get cheats. Also, what cheat format does SC DSTwo use for DS games (Action Replay, Code Breaker, etc.)? Thoughts and help appreciated

Where did you get it from? Does it have all or most cheats for US/USA games? The one I currently have is around 13MB, yours is only about 1MB...

It's for all region, it's compressed at 1mb, but the file in the rar is 13mb long too
