Gaming ds game card stopped being read

i was playing dragon quest monster joker 1 and after a crash, the game card stopped being read. im popping it in and out, trying to clean it with isopropyl alcohol. neither worked so far though. i can still read other ds games, so im not sure anymore of whats wrong. any tips?

What flashcart is this?

its not a flash cart, its the actual game card

It sounds like the card might be dead and that's why it crashed in the first place. Do you or a friend have another 3ds where you could try it?

i do actually. im kinda hitting myself for not thinking of it. i did get the game, at least briefly, to show up again, but i havent loaded it yet.

its just as hard getting it to read in that one as it is in this one. i can still get it to show up now at least, but its not as simple as it is in a different cartridge. im playign via cartridge because i get crash issues on dsimenu+ with that game.
