Gaming DS Game Black Screen

Hey guys! So,I just got a copy of Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon in the mail. I put it in my New Nintendo 3DS XL, and it shows up on the home screen. I try to load it up, I get a black screen. Only button that works during that is power. Can anyone help me? Thank you in advance.

NOTE: I don't know if this info will help, but my 3DS does have CFW installed.

I'm on the 2nd option (1st didn't work) and I'm just wondering. How do I download the boot.firm file. I don't see a download link or anything.

Also, do I need boot9strap? Because I still have arm9loaderhax.
