You've got to wonder why people would bother to make fakes like this.
Of course, there's too little information to decide if it's fake or not.

If you notice he never shows his other hand, the one that is touching the buttons. I think he is just using moonshell and scrolling through a few jpg files. That way he can use the excuse that the cameras refresh rate is slow and that is why it looks choppy.

If you browse around lik-sang or any online "stuff" retailer, you'll notice there were multiple, publically-commercialized cameras for the GBA, years ago.

All of them sucked, but as proofs of concept, they did their job.

Well, if you notice that video is very shaky, it means he's holding the camera.
I'm pretty sure he only has 2 hands and 2 arms.

And by the looks of the card, it looks like its in alpha stage, that could explain its choppyness
