ROM Hack Ds bin file help

So I found a bin file in Contact Ds (because I wanted to rip the sprites) and I only found sound_data.sdat FILEDATA.BIN and utility.bin.
Is there any way that I can open the bin files?

they are probably pack files. as in container files holding other files in them. use tinke maybe... first check for tell tale signs in the file like a file table or pointer lists...

It opened a lot more files!
A lot of .l files

All of the files in the utility.bin folder are for the Nintendo Ds wifi

Hmm can't seem to open the FILEDATE.bin file.
