Pretty much 99% of the time (if not 100%), 1.1 releases or anything with a version number like this are simply bugfixed revisions of the exact same game. It might fix any glitches they couldn't spot or didn't fix when the game first came to retail shelves. I've played a first version of Mario 64 DS, and then a 1.1 version of the same game, it was indeed some bugfixes. Several known glitches i was unable to trigger anymore. Ship to ship communication software for the Navy although without access to the encrypting chips it was mostly useless
